The MCA Annual Conference will be held March 30, 2009 - April 1, 2009 at: The Tulalip Resort Casino 10200 Quil Ceda Boulevard Tulalip, Washington 98271 DirectionsLodging Information: Deluxe King or Queen $129.00 per night To reserve your room please contact the Tulalip reservations department at 866-716-7162 and identify yourself as being with MCA Annual Conference. The established room reservations due date for guestroom accommodations is 02/27/2009.
ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS Each additional person, above double occupancy sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per Deluxe King is two (2) persons, and maximum occupancy per Deluxe Queen / Queen is four (4) persons.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk once the delegate is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.
